help =( My screen doesn't display!

there are many reasons why your screen does not display, go through this steps before you think it's a motherboard problem
try your monitor cable.
if that doesn't work make sure your ram is in the same color slots ( if you have 2 sticks of ram )
make sure your video card is plugged in the right way, make sure its flat because most of the time it looks in but the tail is not in all the way

if all of this fail, it might be a motherboard or video card, you can buy a new one and replace it or if you don't know how to, buy the motherboard and  bring it  to any computer repair store and have them install it for you

heres a video on how to install any monitor

and heres a video on how to install a motherboard

I cant see my CD drive =(

first go to start menu then search for " device manager"

when it opens up see if the driver is installed, if the driver is not in installed go to your manufactures web site and download them. you search with your product number that u can find under your computer if it is a laptop and on the bottom side if you have a desktop.

if you have the driver but it's still does not show, go to start menu and search for " regedit "

then when it opens up go to " find " and type in " upper filter"

when the search is done, delete the both the "upper filter" and the "lower filter "

then restart your computer =)

How to stop overheating

Follow this steps and it might just help you out big time.

1. you're going to have to buy yourself some compressed air to spray it into the fan of your laptop,

2. if that doesn't work your going to have to open up the laptop and clean out the dust that's on the cpu,

3. if that doesn't work your going to have to replace the thermal paste that's on your cpu but if your computer still has manufacture warranty on it then it is covered for other heating, but it it's not the cost of cleaning it for any computer repair store should do it for
$20-$30

How do I know when I have a virus??

There are many ways to indicate that there is a virus on your Computer, with this easy steps you can tell if your machine is infected

step 1. press ctrl+shift+esc and look at the processes tab, this shows all the information on all the programs that are running on the computer. u can tell by the domain name. if something that doesn't look right, u can right click and go on `` open file location`` and see what type of file it is a where its located on your HDD

step 2. windows vista and windows 7 comes with their own anispy-ware  program that is called " windows defender ". this program works well in terms of finding out if your computer is infected and will sometimes even take care of the problem. If your using windows XP. you're going to  have to download a free antivirus program. now i know that there's a lot out right there, and they all do work, but " Microsoft essentials " works very well. it's even better then " windows defender". one of the big problems people have when they are new to computers is buying useless programs to help stop virus, " MOST OF THEM DON'T WORK " and infects and slows down your computer even more then they make u buy some other bull shit program that does not work and at  the same, and the cycle never stops because they want you to be safe from viruses, hackers , key loggers and etc.. But the truth is they are the viruses!! viruses are not made to" kill your computer " VIRUSES ARE MADE TO MAKE MONEY!! and how do u think they make money? yep buying anti viruses that you have to pay every year or in some cases months
